Recipe 14: Cocadas Blancas
It is common in most regions around the world. It is due to its main ingredient, which is coconut which is famous all around the world and easily available in any country.
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Serves: 12 People
Ingredients:
Whole milk â ¼ cup
Shredded coconut flakes â 2 and a half cup
Cinnamon powder â a pinch
Sugar â ¾ cup
Coconut water â 1 and ½ cup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pot. On low heat cook them.
For half an hour, cook it. Wait until it gets thick and sticky. Mix it occasionally.
Make sure coconut should not be stuck in the pan bottom.
Apply parchment paper with a baking tray. With a small spoon, place a small amount of mixture.
Place it in the fridge. You cannot store it for more than 14 days.
